Working at Dymaptic
Dymaptic is an innovative, woman-owned GIS service provider offering consulting services and software development. Our headquarters is in Portland, Oregon, but our team is fully remote. Dymaptic employees and contractors can work from home, from a coffee shop, or on a beach in Hawaii. As long as you are reliable and meet your goals, you can work from wherever. You must also reside and have the right to work in the U.S. Sorry, we are not able to provide work visa sponsorships.
As a small business, everyone on the dymaptic team wears multiple hats at times, which we think is very exciting. It affords us the opportunities to learn and develop and, thus, to grow in leaps and bounds professionally. However, our small size also means that for you to be a great fit with us, you must be self-motivated, have high-energy, and truly enjoy the varied and fast-paced environment of a small firm.
To apply for a position at dymaptic, email your resume to careers@dymaptic.com
We always appreciate interest in joining our team! However, due to the volume of applications we receive, we are unable to respond to every applicant. If your experience looks like a match for our current needs, you will typically be contacted for an interview within 3 weeks of applying.
Our Commitment to Equity in Hiring
We know that women, people of color, and individuals with disabilities are often less likely to apply to a position if they don’t match 100% of the job qualifications. Don’t let that be the reason you miss out on an opportunity! We encourage you to apply for an opening if you can demonstrate many of the skills and competencies listed.
Salary Transparency
We are a small team: 16 people and growing. Our hiring goal is always to find the best fit for our talented team, and we are not structured with predetermined pay ranges by role. We will negotiate in good faith, based on your specific skill level and experience. That being said, we understand why providing a range is helpful for applicants, and we provide those details for each job listed.
